Agreement to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to all use of the jany9 website at jany9.bet and any related services operated by jany9. References to "jany9", "we", "us", or "our" refer to the jany9 platform. References to "you" or "your" refer to the registered account holder. These Terms should be read alongside the jany9 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and jany9.

1. Eligibility

Jurisdictional Responsibility

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that using jany9 complies with any applicable laws in your country or region. jany9 makes no representation that the platform is lawful in all jurisdictions. Players accessing jany9 from outside Bangladesh do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with their local laws. jany9 reserves the right to restrict access from any jurisdiction at its sole discretion.

2. Account Registration and Verification

To use the jany9 platform you must register a personal account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at registration. The following apply to all jany9 accounts:

• Each individual may register only one account. Attempts to open multiple accounts will result in all accounts being suspended and all balances being forfeited.
• The mobile number provided at registration must be valid, active, and registered in your name. This number is used for account verification and recovery.

• Accounts created with false or misleading information may be suspended and any funds held pending investigation may be forfeited.

Identity Verification (KYC)

jany9 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Before processing any withdrawal, jany9 may require documents verifying your identity and age. Acceptable documents include government-issued photo identification and proof of your registered mobile number. KYC completion is mandatory and cannot be waived. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of your withdrawal request or account.

Account Security Obligations

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password. Do not share your login details with any third party. jany9 will not be liable for losses suffered as a result of a third party accessing your account because you shared or failed to protect your credentials. 3. Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits

jany9 accepts deposits through the following payment methods available in Bangladesh:

• Mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay — the primary deposit and withdrawal channels for Bangladesh players.
• Bank transfers via BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Sonali Bank, and other participating banks.
• The minimum deposit is ৳100. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• All deposits must have been used for genuine gambling activity on jany9 before a withdrawal request will be approved. Deposits made and immediately withdrawn without gameplay may be refused.
• Withdrawals are only processed to a payment method registered in your name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.

Currency

All transactions on jany9 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). jany9 does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals. If a payment is submitted in a currency other than BDT, jany9 reserves the right to convert the amount at the prevailing exchange rate, which may result in a difference from the intended amount.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

jany9 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. Each bonus or promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including wagering requirements and eligible games, which are communicated when the offer is made. Where any conflict exists between these general Terms and specific bonus terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail for that bonus.

Wagering Requirements

Bonuses credited to a jany9 account must meet the stated wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The following principles apply:

• The rollover amount and eligible games are stated clearly when the bonus is offered.
• Wagering must be completed within the validity period of the bonus. Bonuses that expire before wagering is complete are forfeited.
• jany9 may void bonuses and associated winnings if bonus abuse is identified, including coordinated wagering designed to minimise risk while satisfying rollover conditions.
• Free spins winnings are subject to wagering requirements specified in the relevant promotion. Free spins carrying no wagering requirement will be explicitly stated as such.

Bonus Cancellation

You may decline or cancel a bonus before wagering has begun by contacting jany9 support. Once wagering on a bonus has started, the bonus and its conditions cannot be removed until the wagering requirement is met or the bonus expires. jany9 reserves the right to withdraw, alter, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice if there is evidence of system error, fraud, or technical malfunction affecting that promotion.

5. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jany9 platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent termination, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or using a different identity, address, or device.
• Using software tools, bots, scripts, automated programs, or any artificial means to gain an advantage over other players or the platform's systems.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, including sharing card information or coordinating bets to exploit promotional terms.
• Conducting any activity on jany9 using funds derived from criminal activity or money laundering.
• Attempting to exploit errors, glitches, or technical faults in the platform's software, games, or payment systems.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information at any stage of the registration, KYC, or withdrawal process.

jany9 reserves the right to investigate any account activity it suspects may breach these Terms and to take such action as it deems appropriate, including withholding funds pending investigation. Where applicable, jany9 may report suspected fraudulent activity to relevant authorities.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the jany9 platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software — is the property of jany9 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use jany9 for personal entertainment only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, or create derivative works from any platform material without the express written consent of jany9.

Game content including graphics, animations, sounds, and mathematics is the intellectual property of the respective game providers — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Microgaming, NetEnt, and Ezugi — and is licensed to jany9 for use on the platform. jany9 does not claim ownership of third-party provider content.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall jany9's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jany9 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
